I am drawn to our collective histories and an imaginary world of those who walked before us. I am a collector of ephemera, memories and rich discards ..Certainly treasures to be refashioned into new art.My background is editorial illustration and I am a visual storyteller. Rescuer of stray memories and strands of past lives. I believe in the transformational and healing qualities of art. It should always be joyful and full of many layers.

The need to create uninterrupted can drive you into solitude. And then you look up one day and can't figure out what's wrong. As you've discovered this week-end, it's sometimes that you're just out of fuel. You need to express face to face, to be understood, to appreciate and be appreciated, to have a glass of whatever and laugh. Sometimes one night of that is enough to get unstuck and keep the ball rolling. So very glad you had an entire week-end of it!
